Policy

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on both stock availability and truck scheduling. On average, we aim to deliver within 3 to 4 working days. Please note: a minimum order of 5,000 to 10,000 bricks is required for all deliveries.

Payment

At present, we operate on a cash-only basis. Deliveries will only be scheduled once full payment has been received.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on any brick orders. We do offer samples on request to assist with selection prior to purchase.
Please be aware that although we make every effort to ensure our images accurately represent the bricks, there may be slight variations in colour and texture due to natural manufacturing differences.
Bricks are sold by classification: A Grade, Variations, Utility, and Reject.

Once a delivery truck is en route, cancellations are no longer permitted. Any cancellations made at the last minute will result in the customer being responsible for all delivery and return costs to the respective brickyard.

Own Pick Up

We no longer allow for own collections, as our stock is stored across multiple brickyards located throughout the country. To ensure efficiency and consistency, all orders will be delivered directly to the specified delivery address.

Rates & Fees

We provide the convenience of bringing samples directly to you, subject to the following rates.
Please note: Full payment for sample delivery must be made in advance. Should you proceed with an order, the entire sample delivery cost will be credited toward your final invoice.
